The Tiny Tack House + 1 Car Parking Spot

Located in the city limits of Everett, Malissa and I built The Tiny Tack House back in 2011 and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it yourself. We are currently only doing short term rentals. Only stays between two and seven days will be approved at The Tiny Tack House. We have parking for one car. Friends and family may street park. This house was designed, built and lived in by us (140 sq ft).

This updated, modern, and central downtown apartment is spacious and cozy, along with being close to many attractions. It features original brick and a contemporary kitchen and full bath. Both the king bed and couch are extremely cozy, along with a beautiful bath that provides many toiletries and cushy towels. We offer a fully-stocked kitchen, free coffee, streaming WiFi, and more! Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and I-5 is just minutes away.

Tiny Hideaway Cabin

Welcome to The Hideaway, 1/2 acre of your own secluded retreat nestled within the enchanting woods. This cozy tiny cabin offers a rustic escape for young nature lovers and adventurers alike. Step inside to discover a snug living space adorned with warm cedar wood accents. Climb up to the cozy loft bed or use the pull out sofa bed. Outside find solace by the crackling fire pit under a canopy of old cedar trees, and an 8 minute drive from downtown snohomish.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

It's a private guesthouse entirely separate from main house. Perfect for social distancing. Easy check in at anytime. Restaurants/businesses are within walking distance. This unit does not have a kitchen but will include a personal fridge and microwave. This space is perfect for those staying a few nights to a week. Same day/last minute bookings are accepted! Additional amenities may be included for those who choose to stay longer.

Tiny House Heaven

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!! We take no responsibility for injuries during your stay.
